1.1. Returns must be initiated by emailing us at support@figuretopia.com within 7 days of the date of order delivery. Requests received beyond this period will not be accepted.
1.2. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and tags. Any item that is damaged or shows signs of use will not be eligible for a return.
2. Damaged Products
2.1. In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged product, please contact us within the specified 7-day period. We take the quality of our products seriously, and we will handle the matter promptly and professionally.
2.2. For damaged products, we will act on behalf of the customer and contact the studio responsible for producing the item. We will work together to find the best resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund.
3. Returns Due to Buyer’s Remorse
3.1. Returns due to buyer’s remorse, where the customer changes their mind about the purchase, are accepted but subject to certain conditions.
3.2. Buyers who wish to return products due to buyer’s remorse will be responsible for a 30% restocking fee based on the original purchase price of the item.
3.3. Additionally, the original shipping and return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
4. Return Process
